• University/Higher Professional Education (WO/HBO+) level of work and thought, with at least 5 years of experience in process design, improvement, and digital transformation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and coaching professionals.
• Strongly result-oriented, with good stakeholder and environmental sensitivity.
• Analytical and problem-solving, with the ability to develop out-of-the-box solutions.
• Excellent prioritization and planning skills, eager to learn, and focused on personal development (Black Belt certification is a plus).
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

You will join the Digital Implementation team, which is responsible for realizing strategic, digital, and process-related improvements within FAN. All top programs on FAN's digitalization roadmap are led and facilitated by this team. The team consists of 20 process consultants, project, program, and knowledge managers: a professional and diverse team with enormous experience and always ready to help one another.

As a Process Consultant within FAN's Digital Implementation team, you translate complex process issues into smart, uniform, and digital solutions. You lead cross-chain improvement initiatives that contribute to a better customer experience, lower costs, and higher quality. In doing so, you are the connecting link between business and IT and ensure that changes land well within the organization and with partners. You work together with all levels of the organization, from operations to senior management. Examples of projects include setting up quality measurements after fiber rollout to improve First Time Right and enabling (wholesale) customers to schedule appointments with technicians online for home connections.

Your responsibilities:

· Improving and redesigning processes within FAN's strategic digitalization programs.

· Leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating complex improvement trajectories.

· Translating requirements from the business and knowledge from IT into realistic digital process designs. In doing so     you also dive into the content yourself to become a full-fledged sparring partner for business and IT.

· Actively involving and informing the FAN Leadership Team about the progress of your projects.

· Ensuring successful implementation and safeguarding of new ways of working and technologies in operations

You are an experienced process consultant with strong analytical abilities, a sense for processes, and an eye for people. You move effortlessly in a complex environment and know how to convert digital ambitions into concrete results.
