• You can work independently and possess excellent knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and electrical engineering;

In short

For our office in Amersfoort, we are looking for a Service Coördinator. In this role, you will work both independently and in a team to ensure customer satisfaction during installation, malfunctions, and/or maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and/or electrical systems of port mobile cranes. You are responsible for preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring service and maintenance activities.

You take care of the work plans, arrange the deployment and availability of own parts and/or those of other parties, and ensure that the right Service Engineers are available for the relevant maintenance, installation, or malfunction.

You are the point of contact for existing relationships during malfunctions and/or maintenance of port mobile cranes and work in close consultation with the Technical Advisor when advising customers on the best solutions. You translate customer requests into assignments with appropriate technical solutions. Following this, you ensure a flawless handover to the team.

In this coordinating role, you form an important link between customers, Service Engineers, Technical Advisor, and various departments within Liebherr-Nederland B.V. and the Liebherr Group. The activities are carried out within the Port Equipment department. You report to the Head of Customer Service.

• You are the link between the Port Equipment department and the customers;
• Directing, supporting, and motivating Service Engineers;
• Preparing, organizing, monitoring, and controlling service and maintenance projects;
• Monitoring and following up on contract agreements;
• For every assignment, you determine the optimal deployment of external parties, suppliers, personnel, tools, and spare parts;
• You coordinate the process of returned spare parts, including exchange and warranty parts;
• In coordination with the Technical Advisor, you advise customers regarding service and maintenance;
• You report on service (orders), projects, customers, and spare parts (inventory);
• Collaborating with division colleagues and OEMs and maintaining partnerships;
• Supporting team members and sharing expertise with colleagues;
• Managing and updating the service and planning system (ERP);
• Monitoring compliance with legal and safety requirements;
• Informing customers about progress and any changes;
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in service processes.

• You can improvise, are service-oriented, and have a solution-oriented attitude;
• You are communicative, stress-resistant, and customer-friendly, and you maintain good contact with clients during the work;
