An internship allowance of EUR 600,- (based on 40 hours).

The role

At KPN, everything is about connection. Not only between people, but also with the latest technology. In our KPN Store Zoetermeer, you will help customers with the latest telecom and ICT solutions. You will work in a friendly, diverse team where your fresh perspective and enthusiasm are valued. Together, we ensure that customers leave the store with a smile!

What you'll do

As an intern in our store, you are the face of KPN. You will, among other things:

Welcome customers and identify their needs
Advise on subscriptions, packages, and technical possibilities
Think along about smart solutions for telecom and ICT issues
Collaborate with colleagues to provide the best service
Help customers try out the latest products
Entrepreneurship outside the store (fiber optic projects, activations, events)

With your commitment, you make technology more accessible to everyone!

To be successful in this role, you bring the following:

You are following an MBO education towards junior account manager, retail manager, or another related study
You are curious, enthusiastic, and enjoy helping people.
You have an open attitude and dare to ask questions.
You enjoy working in a team and motivate others.
You are available from February 2027
