Internship within an innovative & ambitious recruitment setting? In other words, in a relatively new and growing team at dé fastest-growing family of installation companies? The mission? Further expanding, managing, and (continuing to) activate our talent pools.

How? We have some ideas about that. But we are much more curious about yours...

At the VDK Group, you will get the chance to actively participate in the recruitment and maintenance of our talent pools. With nearly 120 companies in the Netherlands, 5,500 employees, and ambitious growth plans, we offer you a challenging learning environment where entrepreneurship, collaboration, and your development are central.

It is no secret that the technical market is tight. Nevertheless, we try to use every possible way to help our companies with the influx of (mostly) technicians such as mechanics, project leaders, engineers, and work preparers. Think of the use of social media campaigns, referral programs, job sites, etc.

And it is going well! For example, during the past period, our team of 13 recruiters has been able to welcome about 900 new colleagues.

But, we want more! And we really need your help with that. During your internship, you will be involved in things such as:

• Building, managing, and deploying talent pools (11,500+ candidates and counting);

• Searching for new / innovative recruitment sources;

• Actively sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and networking events;

• Conducting and coordinating intake and interview sessions for technical vacancies (first assisting, later independently);

• Building a strategy to keep those talent pools extra activated!

• A challenging working internship in an organization with strong growth ambitions;

• Guidance from the recruitment project manager:

• Room to introduce your own initiatives and conduct interviews independently;

• The chance to make an impact on the growth and retention of our talent pools.

• HBO (HRM, CE, TBK or similar) - 3rd/4th year;

• Minimum 32 hours per week, available for 5 months;

• And... one day without laughter, is one day without recruiting...
