What will you do? 

Your internship at JYSK is versatile and hands-on. We ensure that after your internship, you know exactly which direction you want to take within HR. You will collaborate on: 

💬 Recruitment and selection - from vacancy texts to interviews 
🎯 Onboarding - ensure new colleagues feel at home immediately 
📈 Performance Management - how do you get the best out of employees? 
⭐ Employer Branding - put JYSK on the map as a top employer 
🧰 Developing and implementing HR tools and processes 
🏢 Work environment - You help contribute to a safe and pleasant working environment for colleagues in the stores and at the office 
🤝 Brainstorming with your colleagues about interesting issues 

Who are we looking for?

You are an enthusiastic and eager-to-learn student with an interest in HR. You have strong communication skills and know how to make people enthusiastic. Additionally: 

🎓 You are following an HBO-level education in HR, psychology, or a related field 
📋 You work in a structured manner and pick up tasks quickly 
💭 You dare to give your opinion and think critically 
🎯 You are goal-oriented and know how to set priorities 
🗣️ You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages
