You will join an experienced and growing team of more than 40 low-code developers. Together, we design and build modern, scalable applications with Mendix. We work on the core of organizations - think of custom ERPs, customer portals, and processes used daily by thousands of people.

It is important to know that at Incentro, you collaborate closely with your direct colleagues. This is to strengthen one another within the framework of our CBAM values. We primarily do this at our office in Utrecht.

What you will be doing daily:

• Designing and building Mendix applications that advance organizations

• Guiding colleagues and thinking along about architectural choices

• Sparring with clients about their technical challenges

• Setting up integrations with other systems and platforms

• Delivering new features in short iterations with high autonomy

• Ensuring quality through code reviews and best practices

• At least 4 years of experience as a Mendix developer

• HBO or WO working and thinking level

• Experience guiding colleagues or teams

• You have a sharp eye for quality and performance

• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and modern software architecture

• Good communication with both tech and business

• A proactive mindset and enjoyment in solving complex issues
