What you'll get

A gross monthly salary between €5,100 and €6,500 (based on a 40-hour workweek).
An annual bonus of up to 5% of your yearly salary, depending on organisational objectives.
30 vacation days (with the option to buy or sell additional days) and 8% holiday allowance.

The role

As a Senior Mendix Developer, you will have a decisive role in designing, building, and maintaining a large and complex Mendix landscape on top of our new SAP S4 platform. You will develop applications used daily by more than 50,000 colleagues that are crucial to our store operations.

You drive quality, stability, and scalability. You make technical decisions, coach junior developers, monitor Mendix architecture, and integrate our apps with SAP, other Mendix apps, and AWS.

You build it, you run it and you own it - end-to-end.

You work in the Store Employee Experience team, where Mendix plays a key role in supporting store processes. You collaborate with testers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, and Mendix developers from multiple teams.

What you'll do

As a senior, you take the lead in:

Designing technical solutions and Mendix architecture
Further developing standards and best practices
Coaching colleagues and improving team quality
Integrations with SAP, AWS, and other systems
Store visits to validate functionality and gather feedback

You will have plenty of room to innovate, take initiative, and make the Mendix landscape future-proof.
