• Gross monthly salary between € 3,965 and € 5,050 depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed home office allowance per working day.

You will be working in a young, enthusiastic, and fast-growing team of professionals. Within the Asset Management team, you will work as a senior consultant for asset managers, custodians, pension implementation organizations, and pension funds. Your clients are primarily positioned at the C-level. For example, you will collaborate on strategic projects, such as preparing for the new pension system, guiding evaluation and selection processes, advising on organizational design issues, strengthening risk management, and addressing findings from supervision.

As a senior consultant, you will work independently on assignments as part of a project team. You will receive responsibility for smaller projects and coach the juniors. You will provide sound, substantive market, client, and professional advice to our clients. You will design complex advisory processes yourself, you can manage client expectations, and you will independently translate client issues into substantive creative solutions. You will start by building a professional network and will become increasingly commercially responsible by participating in client acquisition processes.
