• You are following a higher professional education (hbo) or university program, preferably in a commercial direction or a direction in which people are central.
• You are looking for a working internship or a graduation internship for 36 hours per week starting from February.
• You have a commercial attitude and see where opportunities lie.
• You show ownership and take initiative.
• You want to get better every day and are open to new knowledge.
• You have an affinity with insurance and pensions and would like to work on an assignment within this field.
• Knowledge of IT and/or AI is a plus.

• An internship allowance of EUR 600 gross per month based on a 36-hour week.

• Research a current issue and translate your findings into concrete proposals for Insurance & Pensions.
• Support colleagues with processes and activities, for example regarding sales opportunities, new ways of working, or commercial plans.
• Work together with various colleagues on an internship assignment that aligns with your studies, interests, and development goals.

You can complete this internship as a working internship or a graduation internship. We will determine the precise assignment together. Do you have knowledge of insurance, pensions, Wft certifications, IT, or AI? Then we will look at how you can apply this knowledge during your internship. This knowledge is not a requirement. We do, however, consider a commercial and entrepreneurial attitude to be important.

Insurance & Pensions Internship

Research a current issue or work on processes and activities within Insurance & Pensions in the Southwest region. Together, we will determine which assignment best aligns with your studies, interests, and talents. Think of improving a sales process, guiding a new way of working, or creating a commercial plan. Below you will find some examples of possible assignments.

• Researching how we can design our sales processes more smartly and effectively.
• Assisting with the implementation of a new way of working within Insurance & Pensions.
• Writing a commercial plan for a sector, customer group, or societal theme.
