This is a versatile role in an environment that is both quantitatively technical and commercial, with a lot of responsibility. In a dynamic team, you will get the chance to learn a lot and, at the same time, contribute to high-profile pension transactions.
You will be working within the Pension Risk Transfer & Corporate Development team. This team acts as the central hub in the takeover of pension liabilities and ensures, in collaboration with various other teams, that the collective value transfers we execute run smoothly from start to finish. In the past 2 years, Swiss Life has taken over €8 billion in pension liabilities and investments, providing certainty to pension funds and their participants.
This is a versatile role in an environment that is both quantitatively technical and commercial, with a lot of responsibility. In a dynamic team, you will get the chance to learn a lot and, at the same time, contribute to high-profile pension transactions.
You perform price analyses
You prepare data and assumptions, analyze them, and check them
You document model output and calculations
You align the content of your work with colleagues both within and outside the team
Analyzing and modeling pension and insurance liabilities
Analysis of investments (in collaboration with the Investment Office)
Contributing to the further development of models, processes, and assumptions, and supporting the preparation of quotes
- A pragmatic and solution-oriented attitude
- You have a strong affinity for numbers, data, and financial logic.
- You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English
- Preferably a degree in Actuarial Science, Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, or a technical study
- Up to 3 years of work experience, but work experience is not a requirement for this role!
