As a Medior Pension Specialist at Capgemini Pension Services, you will work on future-proof pension administration. Since 2021, we have been providing pension administration for one of the largest pension funds in the Netherlands. Thanks to the combination of pension knowledge, technology, digitalization, and automation, you will make an important contribution to the further professionalization of our services.

In this role, you will work on:

• Assessing and performing complex pension calculations and administrative changes
• Answering substantive questions from participants, employers, and other stakeholders
• Maintaining contact with chain partners such as accountants, bailiffs, and payroll administrators
• Identifying, initiating, and implementing process improvements that contribute to more efficient service delivery
• Advising on pension administrative and procedural issues and guiding junior colleagues within the team.
