Manager Transaction Services

• Gross monthly salary between € 5,795 and € 7,250 depending on your work experience, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance, and a home office allowance.

As a  Manager within Transaction Services, you will be part of an international and diverse team where collaboration, development, and job satisfaction are central. You will work together with your team on challenging deals for medium-sized to international organizations. You are responsible for drafting clear advisory reports, managing client expectations, and guiding colleagues in their professional growth.

In this role, we expect you to be able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of quality or team dynamics. You will primarily work from our office in Amstelveen or Eindhoven, but – depending on the project – you will also regularly be found on-site at the client's location.

• Oversee and coordinate due diligence processes where you translate financial analyses into strategic advice for clients.
• Lead the team in the execution of projects, monitor progress, and ensure that the quality of the work meets the client's expectations.
• Liaise with (international) clients and other stakeholders to share insights, manage expectations, and contribute to successful transactions.
• Actively contribute to the development of colleagues, through on-the-job coaching and by creating a learning environment within the team.
