• Gross monthly salary between € 5,085 and € 6,230 depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed home-working allowance per worked day.

In the HR Transformation team, we work together with clients on future-proof (HR) organizations. For this role, there is a clear focus on the Financial Services market, where organizations face complex transformation issues, changing laws and regulations, digitalization, and high expectations regarding talent, skills, and employee experience. We help clients develop HR strategies, redesign operating models and processes, improve employee experience, and select and implement digital HR solutions. In doing so, we combine substantive HR knowledge with data, technology, and change management expertise.

As a manager within our team, you combine substantive expertise in the field of Workforce and HR transformation with project leadership and commercial responsibility. You apply your experience in the FS market to advise clients on future-proof (HR) organizations and guide them in realizing sustainable change. You lead project teams, translate analyses into clear recommendations, and work together with clients and colleagues on impactful transformations. Additionally, you coach colleagues in their development, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to expanding our propositions and project portfolio.

• Advise clients on the design of the strategic people agenda, HR function, HR processes, governance, and the role of data and technology.
• Design and guide the impact of external trends on workforce composition, both now and in the future.
• Design and guide HR transformations, from vision and operating model to implementation and assurance.
• Lead project teams and ensure progress, quality, and strong collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• Build sustainable client relationships and actively contribute to propositions, market development, and business development.
• Help further develop our HR Transformation practice and firmly position KPMG in the FS market.
