Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant

As a Consultant, you will be involved in diverse business transformations and IT projects both domestically and abroad using Microsoft technology. You will apply your knowledge and experience to help organizations extract more value from their IT systems; before, during, and after implementation. You have a focus on delivering high quality; together with your colleagues, you come up with new ideas and advise on, among other things, digital strategy, process and system design, acceptance testing, and training.

Additionally, you will learn everything about the possibilities of the latest Microsoft technology in the fields of Finance & Operations, CRM, Data Analytics, Apps, and Cloud. You will also gain hands-on experience with configuring the systems. In collaboration with your team and the client, you will ensure that the client receives the best possible solution for their questions and challenges. 

Depending on your preference, we will look for suitable projects and clients that best match you. The projects are primarily focused on Business Transformation, Digitalization, and Innovation in relation to Microsoft technology.

By joining our Microsoft Consulting & Innovation team, you will be at the forefront of leveraging the full spectrum of Microsoft technology. We utilize the extensive Microsoft stack, from Azure Data Services to Industry clouds and the Power Platform, to support our clients in their transformation journeys.

• 2 years+ experience performing end-to-end D365 FO implementations.
• Conduct conversations with clients to gather business requirements, perform gap-fit analyses, and design and evaluate solutions within the domains of Finance, Project Accounting, and localizations.
• Understand the functional design based on business requirements and participate in functional design reviews and gap-fit analysis.
• Analyze requirements and offer solutions from the Microsoft technology stack and ISV add-ons.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of parameters and master data settings and must be able to configure these independently. 
• Support with regression testing and SITs. 
• Support pre-sales activities, validate estimates, assumptions, and solution plans. 

• Gross monthly salary between €3,245 and €3,965 depending on your work experience, profit sharing, fixed expense allowance, and a work-from-home allowance of €2.40 per working day.
