What we're looking for

HBO bachelor's degree in a technical field.
You are proficient in the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

Affinity with robotization and process automation, such as Blue Prism or UiPath
Experience with RPA or Mendix is a plus.
Curious and driven to get to the bottom of a problem.
Enjoys working in a team and derives energy from collaborating with colleagues and clients.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Gross monthly salary between € 3,000.- and € 3,965.- depending on your work experience, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance, and a work-from-home allowance of € 2.40 per working day.

The role

The Managed Services Digital Process team falls under the Corporate Services Transformation department within KPMG Advisory. This team improves organizational processes with digital and business solutions. We offer organizations solutions to increase productivity, quality, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction while reducing costs. We do this using methodologies such as Lean and digital technologies such as RPA, Mendix, and chatbots.

We are looking for colleagues with experience and/or interest in process automation who want to work on one of our largest client assignments within KPMG for an extended period. This project is distinguished by the large societal impact of the organization and the scale of this organization (50,000+ employees).

What you'll do

Turning opportunities into actions for process optimization in the form of efficiency and effectiveness
Tackling challenges independently within a team of specialists
Enabling the delivery of end-to-end (process) automation
Making an impact and delivering added value in the area of back-office and front-office departments
