Quality Service Advisor

Strengthening our team does not happen just like that, of course. For our Quality Service Advisor, we ask for:

• At least a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in the direction of Quality Management / Asphalt Technology or equivalent practical experience and knowledge
• Knowledge of asphalt technology plus laws and regulations RAW systematics
• Analytically strong and process-oriented
• Communicatively skilled and persuasive
• Independent, proactive, and connecting
• Willingness to work at a national level from the various locations
• Good command (oral and written) of the Dutch language

• A good salary between € 5400,- and € 7500,- per month, depending on your experience. 
• 30 vacation days per year according to the Bouw & Infra CAO.

As a Quality Service Advisor, you are an important sparring partner for management and colleagues. You ensure that processes comply with laws and regulations and that quality is not just a paper reality, but truly lives within the organization.

You advise, both requested and unrequested, on quality policy, audit processes, and translate developments in laws and regulations into practice. With your sharp eye and connecting style, you help Strukton Wegen & Beton continuously improve.

• Advising on quality, processes, and compliance
• Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
• Advising on tenders and procurements concerning paving constructions
• Proposing asphalt mixtures regarding questions about circularity and MKI
• Participating in meetings and consultations regarding circularity and CO2 issues in the asphalt industry
• Periodically reporting on activities and the progress of the quality service
• Supporting complaint handling and improvement actions
• Collaborating with management, teams, and external parties
