• Gross monthly salary between € 3,245 and € 3,965 depending on your work experience, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance, and a work-from-home allowance of € 2.40 per worked day.

• Supporting organizations in shaping their future-proof IT function.
• Helping organizations to shape and realize the coherence between organizational, IT, and sourcing strategies.
• Designing and realizing a future-proof business setup in which control over the multi-vendor landscape is centralized with IT service providers.
• Preparing and executing selection processes for IT service providers for, among other things, managed services and/or Agile Teams.
• Contributing to optimal collaboration between clients and IT service providers as part of the digital ecosystem.
• Working in multidisciplinary teams where many areas of expertise converge (Technology, Legal, Procurement etc.).
• Contributing to the development of the Digital Sourcing team by, for example, developing new propositions or organizing social events.

As a consultant, you have an important role in executing projects and have a lot of contact with both your team members and your client. The team pays a lot of attention to development. You will be given the space to follow both internal and external (international) training, so that your development never stands still. In this regard, our starting point is that you develop yourself in the themes that appeal to you. With or without a technical focus, but always with a positively critical eye and a listening ear.

• You have little to no relevant work experience.
• You have some relevant work experience

• You have a completed University Master's degree in the direction of Business or Public Administration, Digital Business, or another more technical / digital-oriented study
• You have an affinity with IT (including Agile, IT platforms, ITIL, ServiceNow, and cloud technology), organizational science, and change management
• You work well in a team and you are proactive in collaborating with colleagues
• You work without problems in an environment where Dutch and English are spoken
• You possess organizational sensitivity, knowledge of people, and creativity
