Associate Director Transaction Services

• Gross monthly salary between € 7,250.- and € 10,145.- depending on your work experience, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance, and a work-from-home allowance.

As an Associate Director, you are part of an international and diverse team in which collaboration, development, and job satisfaction are central. You work on challenging deals for leading clients and have a direct impact on strategic decisions. 

You are responsible for coordinating due diligence processes, leading project teams, and monitoring quality and deadlines. Additionally, you play an active role in business development: you identify commercial opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our services.

• You coordinate and guide due diligence processes for medium-sized to international clients.
• You translate financial analyses into strategic advice that is deployed at the negotiating table.
• You lead project teams, monitor deadlines, and ensure that the quality of the work meets the client's expectations.
• You build sustainable client relationships and are actively involved in business development.
• You coach colleagues in their development and create an environment in which collaboration and growth are central.

Your base location is Amstelveen, but depending on the project, you will also regularly be found on-site at the client. In this role, we expect you to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of quality or team dynamics.
