Audit Graduation Internship - Amstelveen / Utrecht / Alkmaar

• You combine your graduation with shadowing audit clients through effective time management.
• You optimally support audit teams during annual financial statement audits by delivering accurate and timely analyses and reports.
• You audit financial statement items by performing detailed and systematic verification processes.
• You maintain good client relationships by keeping regular contact and proactively responding to their needs and expectations. 
• You map out client processes and understand complex organizations through thorough analyses and by asking targeted questions.

As a thesis student, you truly become part of our team and receive the freedom to propose your own graduation topic. Naturally, your colleagues are happy to brainstorm with you. You are guaranteed good guidance: you will receive a fixed internship supervisor and a coach who are ready to provide you with feedback and help you towards graduation.

In addition to writing your thesis, you gain practical experience with various clients. You assist with  annual financial statement audits and other financial assignments, participate in the execution of, for example, sampling, and get to know the client well by being involved in client meetings. Furthermore, you get to know other KPMG colleagues well through fun activities such as sports tournaments, training days, a ski holiday, and drinks.

• MSc Accountancy & Control student
• Ambition to become a CPA (RA)
• You have an affinity with (generative) AI and are motivated to actively apply this technology in your daily work
• You are proficient in the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
• Integrity, strong numerical skills, accurate, socially skilled, and assertive
• Team player, client-oriented, and socially engaged
• Extracurricular activities are a plus
