As an Audit Technical Bureau Staff Member, you will work closely with the Quality Determiner, Compliance Officer, and Quality Manager. You will draft technical guidelines and disseminate them within Van Oers. You will guide your colleagues through the guidelines, and if anything is unclear, you will explain it. Additionally, you will develop applications, manuals, tools, and templates.

A glimpse of your tasks

• You maintain and coordinate quality assurance within the audit practice;

• You closely follow developments in the field of laws and regulations and translate these into practice;

• You investigate matters to the very bottom and you do not stop until you have a watertight case;

• You support the maintenance of the integrity and quality of financial reporting.

You possess decisiveness as well as analytical and collaborative abilities. You are proactive, critical, accurate, and integer. Additionally, you are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing. During busy periods, you know how to maintain an overview and successfully meet deadlines.
