The role

As a Tax Specialist at Practical, you advise entrepreneurs on fiscal and business economic matters. In this role, you work closely with our accountants and payroll administrators, allowing you to bridge different disciplines. You will be given the space to take on advisory projects alongside compliance work, for example regarding international structures, transfer pricing, and business succession. You identify opportunities, provide practically applicable advice, and proactively support clients in their financial strategy.

What you'll do

You are responsible for managing the fiscal aspects of their business: from providing advice and tax returns to supporting fiscal audits. You demonstrate that you are the specialist they need and show sincere commitment to their fiscal situation.

As a problem solver, you analyze complex issues and identify opportunities and risks. You offer creative, tailor-made solutions that comply with current laws and regulations. In doing so, you constantly stay informed about the latest fiscal developments and share your knowledge with both the team and the client.

Who are you?

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are curious about new fiscal developments, and enjoy translating these into concrete opportunities for clients;

  • Do you not yet possess all the work experience and are you driven to grow into, for example, a senior or specialist role? Then we will guide you in that!
