The role

Intro

  • Working hours: Fulltime
  • Workplace: Utrecht Leidsche Rijn, Hybrid
  • Experience: Mid/senior

For our "Employee Experience" Service Line, we are looking for an experienced change specialist in the field of digital workplace transformation.

We are looking for a Digital Adoption specialist who guides (complex) technical transformations in the digital workplace from a human-centric perspective and makes them successful. You ensure appreciation of technology among employees and increase productivity and digital skills in times of continuous digital workplace change. With adoption campaigns, gamification, digital learning methods, and an eye for user experience design, you help build the digital resilience of our clients.

Can you prevent productivity loss in times of continuous change and simultaneously ensure appreciation by making use of gamification, digital learning methods, and an eye for user experience design?

Your opportunities as a Digital Adoption Consultant at Capgemini

Change is a given for our clients to be able to realize their ambitions. Capgemini contributes to this with innovative technology. But people determine the pace of digital transformation. With Digital Adoption, the employee is central and we ensure the success of technology. Your challenge consists of quickly grasping the change and delivering a successful adoption program for our clients. You are able to increase the use of technology, change behavior, and improve the 'Employee Experience'. You turn resistance to change into resilience for change.

What you will do here includes

  • You accurately and quickly assess the complexity and impact of a digital workplace change.
  • You translate your findings into an effective adoption program.
  • You monitor and measure the effectiveness of that plan once it is in effect.
  • You direct specialists and ensure that they deliver their part of the program.
  • You hold your own confidently with the client, key figures important to them, and technical specialists.
  • You stay up to date with the latest workplace technologies.
  • Within Capgemini, you actively participate in building "best practices" and our reputation.
  • From your involvement, you signal opportunities and possibilities for Capgemini.

Your home base at Capgemini

International career opportunities and fantastic expertise networks. With more than 300,000 colleagues worldwide and more than 6,000 colleagues in the Netherlands alone, you will be surrounded by a broad, technically intensive community of motivated colleagues. Innovative, complex, and challenging projects for well-known, often multinational clients, supported by world-leading partners and the certainty of permanent employment at a successful international consultancy organization.

You will work at Capgemini's Cloud Infrastructure Services business unit, a department with approximately 600 employees in the Netherlands, and 35,000 worldwide. This unit focuses on (public) Cloud & workplace projects, Service integration management, Cyber Security, and Managed services.

Why does this vacancy suit you?

You possess a track record of successful IT changes. Your experience has provided you with the do's & don'ts of adoption, which helps you to accelerate the adoption of new technology.

For this, you bring the following:

  • 3+ years of experience in a role as a Digital Adoption Consultant.
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrable experience with change methodologies, such as for example the Prosci ADKAR method, as well as with gamification theories, online learning methods, and change communication.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and creating personas.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with various workplace technologies such as M365, Azure, and possibly CMS, Learning Management Systems, IoT, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience in training, coaching, data analysis, content production, and setting learning goals.
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams.
  • Possessing high organizational sensitivity and persuasiveness.

Hiring process

1 interview

  • Submitting your application takes 3 to 5 minutes (name, contact details, CV and optional cover letter).
  • When you accept the offer you receive a pre-boarding plan and an invitation to the monthly RISE welcome event.
