Senior AI Engineer

• At least 5 years of experience with Python and cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure

• Knowledge of ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn

• Knowledge of GenAI & Agentic Frameworks - think of: LangChain, LangGraph, ADK, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc., but also agentic AI cloud platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, and AgentSpace.

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and vector search

• Experience building AI solutions in the cloud (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML, etc.)

• Experienced with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and building ETL pipelines

• You communicate clearly - in both Dutch and English

• Demonstrable authority in the field and experience in driving improvements and innovations is a major plus.

• A monthly salary (based on 40 hours) between € 5,500 and € 7,000

As a Senior AI Engineer at Incentro, you have end-to-end ownership: from idea to live agent. You conceive and build AI agents that can reason, decide, and act independently.

In this role, you combine modern machine learning skills with software engineering. You develop AI agents and generative AI applications, but also the infrastructure for evaluation, observability, and continuous improvement so that AI Agents remain reliable and measurable.

You will join a multidisciplinary team working on impactful AI projects, such as AI-driven sales assistants, service agents, and even entire Agent ecosystems within cool enterprise environments.

As a product-minded AI team, we work on one shared multi-client solution, including:

• LangGraph-orchestrated agents

• RAG with vector search

• strict guardrails and evaluations

• every improvement scales directly via CI/CD and our modular platform components.

• you develop production-grade AI agents and multi-agent solutions for various clients and use cases. You do this using agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph and other frameworks such as AutoGen, CrewAI, ADK).

• You evaluate and fine-tune generative AI models by implementing evaluation frameworks, metrics, and observability. You understand better than anyone how to fine-tune generative AI models, tailored for different client cases.

• you develop & train machine learning models in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) with a focus on performance, explainability, and reliability.

• you bring models into production via CI/CD, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker). You maintain control over quality.

• you build and integrate models in the cloud (Vertex AI, SageMaker, or Azure ML) and actively contribute ideas regarding scalability and reliability.

• You develop and optimize knowledge bases based on RAG-based knowledge retrieval systems.

  you apply Generative AI via APIs (e.g., OpenAI or Anthropic) and build smart, personalized solutions using vector search and RAG.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you are often involved in multiple projects. You also play an important role in commercial activities, such as strengthening customer relationships and pre-sales processes.

• BAS World: an Agentic ecosystem, through which multiple Agents support BAS World in service & commercial tasks.
