Requirements

What we're looking for

HBO or WO level of work and thinking, preferably in Computer Science, AI, or a similar field.
Demonstrable experience building agents, copilots, chatbots, or other AI/GenAI solutions.
Able to translate business needs into technical solution directions, prototypes, and implementations.
You understand the possibilities and limitations of GenAI and can explain this clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Affinity with privacy, security, compliance, manageability, and responsible AI use.
Innovative, practical, and agile mindset - you maintain an overview in a rapidly changing field.
Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

Knowledge of RAG, MCP, and Agentic AI applications.
Experience with Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, or similar enterprise GenAI platforms.
Background in a complex, large-scale organization with multiple stakeholder domains.

For one of our clients in the Netherlands, we are looking for a GenAI Solutions Consultant who bridges the gap between business value and technical realization. Generative AI is evolving at lightning speed - and you ensure that good ideas do not get stuck in experiments, but grow into usable, responsibly embedded solutions that add value daily.

You are not a classic business translator and not a pure software engineer. You sit exactly in between: you understand the business, you can build yourself, and you know when to collaborate with developers, architects, or compliance specialists.

What you'll do

Concretize GenAI use cases together with business teams and bring them from idea to working implementation.
Assess technical feasibility, make architectural choices, and elaborate solution designs - and explain those choices understandably to stakeholders.
Independently build agents, copilots, and other GenAI solutions using available tools such as Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, RAG solutions, API integrations, and agent platforms.
Develop prototypes and evolve successful solutions into sustainable implementations.
Ensure that solutions comply with requirements regarding privacy, security, and responsible AI use.
Build and share technical standards, reusable patterns, and practical knowledge about GenAI implementations within the team.
Collaborate with business owners, security, compliance, architecture, and developers - but also remain actively involved in the building side yourself.
