• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget up to €8,200, gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance;

As a Senior AI Engineer at Sogeti, you provide direction to AI solutions that are used daily. You work at the intersection of data, AI, and software engineering, developing reliable, scalable, and explainable applications. With your experience, you translate complex customer questions into solutions that help organizations make better decisions and innovate.

Within our Data & AI community, you work together with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Engineers. You remain involved from the first customer request and the prototype through to integration, production, and further development. In doing so, you delve into Generative AI, Agentic AI, MLOps, and Responsible AI. You share your knowledge by coaching colleagues, developing propositions, or giving workshops.

• Design and realize scalable AI and ML components and provide direction to architecture, tooling, and management.
• Translate complex customer questions into robust AI use cases and develop Generative AI solutions with LLMs, prompts, and proprietary data sources.
• Build RAG and Agentic AI applications in which agents perform tasks independently within predetermined frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions via APIs into applications and business processes and ensure explainability, privacy, and security.
• Test, monitor, and improve responses, agent behavior, performance, and costs, and contribute to knowledge sharing, innovation, and standards within Sogeti.

You combine technical depth with advisory skills and look critically at what AI actually delivers. Together with customers and colleagues, you determine the right approach and ensure quality, reliability, and responsible AI use.
