Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum HBO working and thinking level and 7 years of experience as a growth marketer or online marketer (experience within SaaS is a plus);

  • Demonstrable experience with testing and optimizing within campaigns, websites, and flows (A/B testing, CRO);

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and TikTok Ads. Experience with emerging channels such as advertising in ChatGPT is a plus;

  • Strong knowledge of tracking and data analysis (GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs/click IDs) — and you understand how server-side tracking works, or have the drive to master this quickly;

  • Experience with personalizing flows based on user behavior (for example, in email or in-app);

  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus;

  • A strong AI mindset: you are curious about AI tools and see opportunities to use them to make your work smarter;

  • Strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude: you are not afraid to dive into the data and technology yourself.

The role

Are you someone who doesn't settle for "it seems to work," but is only satisfied when the data truly proves what has impact? Not just participating, but building: alongside a company that is becoming 4x larger. As a Growth Marketeer at Nmbrs, you will dive deep into the numbers, continuously experiment with campaigns and flows, and ensure that our growth remains strictly substantiated and optimized!

Time to grow. Time to thrive.

We are Nmbrs. We create smart business software that removes unnecessary complexity for SME entrepreneurs and the professionals who support them. Nmbrs brings together four established product organizations—Payroll, Accounting, Invoicing, and Reporting—with teams in the Netherlands, Sweden, and Portugal.

We are one brand with a shared ambition, while we continue to work from the expertise and strength of our own organizations. We bundle our strengths where it makes sense and keep teams, expertise, and decision-making close together.

For this position, you will work at Nmbrs Invoicing in Eersel. You will work closely with your direct colleagues at this location and with our colleagues in Portugal, while simultaneously being part of the broader Nmbrs organization.

What you'll do

As a Growth Marketeer at Nmbrs Invoicing, you are the engine behind our data-driven growth. You are responsible for making our entire marketing and conversion funnel visible, testing, and optimizing it. You look beyond just impressions and clicks and dive deep into the data to understand and improve the entire customer journey—from the first channel to conversion. In this role, you switch effortlessly between data analysis, A/B testing, behavioral personalization, and tracking, and you work closely with development for maximum results.

Your role

Specifically, you will:

  • Make Data & Impact Visible: You make the impact of channels, campaigns, and flows visible—from click to conversion—and dive into the data to discover what truly works;

  • Continuously Test & Optimize: You continuously test, learn, and tweak based on what the numbers tell you. You do this with advertisements within advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and new channels such as ChatGPT), on our website (Hubspot), and in email flows. You adjust bids, target audiences, creatives, and budgets based on what truly converts;

  • CRO & Experiments: You run A/B tests and CRO experiments to get more out of every page and flow, step by step;

  • Behavioral Personalization: You personalize flows based on user behavior to increase conversion;

  • Tracking & Tech: You understand our data and tracking to the core, and you act as the link with development when something can be improved;

Your impact

With your work, you ensure that every euro and every hour we invest in marketing demonstrably contributes to the growth of Nmbrs Invoicing. You look beyond clicks and impressions, map out the entire customer journey, and ensure that decisions regarding channels, campaigns, and budgets are based on what the data truly shows.

When you see, for example, that a campaign generates many trial accounts but few paying customers, you dive into the data to find out where things are going wrong. You set up an experiment, adjust target audiences, creatives, or the onboarding flow, and measure the effect. If the tracking proves inconsistent, you coordinate with development to solve it structurally. In this way, you shift budget and attention step by step toward what demonstrably converts.

Additionally, you help build the foundations for our growth. With reliable tracking, a sharp testing culture, and flows that respond to user behavior, you ensure that we grow not only faster, but smarter. Thus, your work has a direct influence on how Nmbrs Invoicing grows into a company four times its current size in the coming years.

Your profile

You are genuinely curious, analytically very strong, and data-driven. You combine a hands-on mentality with a strong drive to make processes and results smarter every day.
