Senior Manager Integrated Operations

• A completed university degree (WO) in a relevant field

• At least 8 years of experience in Supply Chain

• Leadership experience within a Supply Chain environment

• Management experience in leading and developing teams

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities

• Experience with SAP and/or Slim4 is a plus

• Knowledge of LEAN and Continuous Improvement and their application in process improvement

• Excellent command of Dutch and English; German is a plus

In the role of Senior Manager Integrated Operations, you are end-to-end responsible for the integration, management, and performance of the supply chain, from forecast to delivery to the customer. You form the crucial link between Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and operations. You ensure that strategic and tactical decisions are not only made but also effectively translated into daily practice. In doing so, you guarantee stability, predictability, and continuous improvement in the chain.

The role combines operational leadership with strategic direction, with a strong focus on data-driven working, process optimization, and collaboration across the entire chain.

• End to end ownership of the supply chain (forecast to delivery)

• Translating and realizing IBP decisions in operations

• Optimizing inventory management and collaboration with external logistics partners

• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving disruptions in the chain

• Continuously improving processes, systems, and network performance

• Strengthening collaboration and data-driven decision-making

You are part of the Supply Chain MT and report to the Director Supply Chain Operations. In this role, you work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Procurement, and Operations, as well as external logistics partners. You bring connection, ensure alignment, and accelerate decision-making within the chain.

You bring calm and overview to a complex environment and know how to firmly anchor ownership within the organization. At the same time, you remain continuously focused on improving performance and further developing the supply chain.

You are responsible for the development of the team, the realization of performance, and ensuring a tight and effective IBP rhythm.

• You are available for 40 hours
