As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the connecting link between the Account Managers and the rest of the organization. You ensure that the entire order process - from inquiry to delivery - runs smoothly and efficiently. Is something not going as planned? Then you jump in immediately and arrange a suitable solution. Promotional orders also fall under your responsibility, such as discount actions, product introductions, or other campaigns. You plan and coordinate these actions down to the last detail, so that everything proceeds on time and as agreed.

• You follow up on orders from start to finish and coordinate delivery in collaboration with customers and colleagues from purchasing, field sales, warehouse, and logistics

• Together with the Account Manager, you prepare quotations and process price agreements or bonus conditions in SAP

• You actively monitor the timely arrival of stock and intervene quickly when there are deviations from the expected schedule

• You communicate with customers regarding products, availability, and alternatives when necessary

• You keep sample orders accurately tracked

• You create new customer accounts in SAP

• You fill in documents for customers, such as information about products and quality

• You carry out customer-oriented actions with an eye for detail, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

• You handle inquiries and complaints, both in writing and by telephone

• You work together with finance to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies

• You are available 36 to 40 hours per week

• You possess a completed vocational education or a comparable professional and cognitive level

• You have excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written. Additionally, you speak and understand Dutch. Knowledge of English is a plus

• Experience in a similar position is not necessary. More important is that you bring relevant work experience, understand how the lines of communication run within an organization, and are eager to learn and proactive. This will allow you to quickly master the role

• You are organizationally strong, service-oriented, and identify the needs and signals of customers in a timely manner, so that you can respond to them proactively

• You have a talent for planning and organizing and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Thanks to your structured way of working, you maintain an overview and ensure satisfied customers
