Quality, Safety and Environment Manager

You ensure that quality, safety, and environment are not only in order, but actively contribute to the performance, growth, and future-proofing of Movares.

• You safeguard Movares' licence to operate by setting up certifications, audits, and compliance in a future-proof manner.

• You develop an innovative vision on quality, safety, and environment that aligns with the strategy and growth ambitions of Movares.

• You are a strong interlocutor for the Board of Directors, executive management, and management, and you translate complex issues into clear choices and concrete results.

As QSE Manager, you drive two important tasks: safeguarding Movares' licence to operate and setting up the QSE domain for the future. You ensure that certifications, audits, and risk management are effectively organized, while simultaneously developing an approach that aligns with the strategy, growth, and organizational development of Movares. In doing so, you work closely with executive management, management teams, and market units, translating ambitions into concrete improvements with impact on the entire organization.

You are a strategic and connecting leader who provides direction, creates support, and knows how to realize change. You move easily between executive management, management, and operations and know how to reduce complex issues to clear choices. In this, you combine vision with execution power and never lose sight of the result.

You also bring:

• HBO or WO (higher professional or academic) level of working and thinking;

• at least seven years of experience in a senior QSE role within a complex organization;

• experience with certification processes, audits, and management systems;

• demonstrable experience with organizational development and change processes;

• experience as a Lead Auditor and knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Safety Culture Ladder and/or Hearts & Minds.
