Apple Repair Technician

• You independently test Apple returns for functionality and warranty. You replace parts when necessary according to guidelines.
• You enjoy thinking along about improving processing workflows so that, together with your team, you can get a little better every day.
• Whenever possible, you help your repair colleagues with other tasks, such as assisting with Macbook repairs.
• You assess Apple devices traded in by customers and ensure that these devices are processed in the correct manner.
• You ensure the correct administrative handling and shipping of Apple returns.

• Available at least 32 hours per week and working day shifts from 8:00-16:30. 
• Certainty. After 1.5 years, you will receive a permanent contract.

• You love learning new skills in order to possibly become a certified Apple repair technician.
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages. This is because you work in official Apple programs. 

As a repair technician, you ensure that Apple returns are received in the correct manner, you perform independent diagnoses, and you determine the warranty status for a customer. Additionally, you also resolve problems by replacing parts or performing resets. You are therefore responsible for the entire handling - from intake to shipping - of an Apple returned product such as AirPods, for example.
