Logistics Operator (All Genders) in the Netherlands

You are an accurate and service-oriented colleague who enjoys taking responsibility and feels comfortable in a logistics environment. Additionally:

• You possess an MBO level of work and thinking, preferably in logistics, technology, or production.
• You have experience in a logistics or industrial environment, or you are willing to learn.
• You can work well with digital systems and tablets.
• You communicate clearly and professionally with drivers of various nationalities.
• In addition to Dutch, you master at least one other language, such as English, German, or French.
• You have an eye for safety, quality, and correctly following procedures.
• You dare to address colleagues and drivers regarding compliance with rules and agreements.

As a Bulk Loading Operator, you ensure that bulk cargoes are loaded safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. You receive drivers, guide them during the loading process, and are the first point of contact at the loading location. Using a tablet and digital systems, you communicate via fixed instructions and ensure that every load is processed correctly.

You operate and monitor the loading installations, monitor the progress of the loading process, and ensure that all activities are carried out according to the applicable safety, quality, and food safety guidelines. You identify deviations, malfunctions, or unsafe situations immediately and report them according to the correct procedures.

Additionally, you register loading data and checks in digital systems and ensure that tools and installations remain in good condition. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to a smooth loading process, so that our products reach their destination safely and on time.

At FrieslandCampina in Veghel, about 500 employees share the passion to get the most out of milk. Milk is, after all, full of nutrients and active substances that can be used as ingredients for existing products. For our operation, we are looking for a Bulk Cargo Loading Operator. In this position, you are the first point of contact for (inter)national drivers who come to us to load and unload milk and dairy products. You ensure that bulk trucks are loaded safely, correctly, and according to schedule, and that all activities comply with the applicable safety and food safety standards.
