As an Allround Operator Processing, you ensure a safe and high-quality production process. You monitor the process flow, perform quality controls, and register production and quality data. Additionally, you contribute to the safety of yourself and your colleagues and optimize the process and product. Does this vacancy appeal to you? Then we look forward to receiving your application.

• Reports unsafe situations and you contribute to safety by prioritizing your own safety and that of your colleagues;
• Preparing the production process;
• Monitors the process flow and reports deviations;
• Monitors the planning;
• Working according to standards and work instructions;
• Performs product and process controls according to established specifications and signals deviations in the production process;
• Performs quality controls on the process and product;
• Carefully registers production and quality data;
• Performs first-line maintenance and can independently resolve simple malfunctions;
• Optimizes the process flow and/or the product;
• Participates in Area Teams and/or improvement projects;
• Guiding and instructing employees;
• Actively participates in work meetings and toolbox talks;
• Ensures a proper handover between shifts/services and ensures effective communication with colleagues;
• Follows training necessary for the fulfillment of the position;
• Ensures own development through schooling.

• Mbo 3 work and/or thinking level, preferably in the direction of process technology or food technology.
• Experience with the preparation of emulsion and spray dryers or the willingness to learn this;
• You hold safety and quality in high regard;
• Capacity and willingness for further training.

Employment conditions

• Salary of € 4,573.46 gross per month (full-time), including a shift allowance of 28.7%, depending on experience and suitability for the role;
• A 36-hour work week, 5% end-of-year bonus, 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme;
• €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way);
• 209 hours of leave per year, with the possibility to buy or sell up to 40 extra hours;
• A bicycle plan and corporate fitness scheme.
