At Freshfields, we work on complex and high-profile restructurings and insolvencies - both domestic and cross-border. We guide companies in financial difficulty, advise banks and investors, and litigate (where necessary) on strategic insolvency and financing issues. Our Restructuring & Insolvency practice combines legal sharpness with economic reality. In doing so, we work intensively with colleagues from, for example, Finance and Litigation, as well as with our international network. This multidisciplinary and international collaboration makes the work dynamic and challenging. This combination, together with the speed of the transactions, ensures an inspiring working environment, in which analytical ability and creative thinking go hand in hand. Through a two-month student internship, we give students the opportunity to gain practical experience and get to know the firm in a challenging way. During these two months, your personal development and progress are the priority.
