Tax
Within our tax practice, we advise on a wide range of national and international tax issues. The practice supports clients and colleagues in areas including M&A, funds, finance, real estate, and tax disputes. You will work on complex matters in which tax analysis is embedded within a broader legal, commercial, and regulatory context.

We work closely with clients and colleagues within Clifford Chance, both in Amsterdam and internationally, to provide integrated solutions for cross-border transactions and projects. Our clients include private capital sponsors, asset managers, multinationals, financial institutions, and investors.

The practice combines in-depth tax expertise with commercial insight. You will learn how tax issues play an important role within transactions, financing, investment structures, and international advisory processes.

Duties include:

• drafting notes, advice, and correspondence;
• carrying out legal and tax research;
• attending meetings and hearings;
• translating legal documents.

During your two-month internship:
