Student-stage - Corporate

Our Corporate practice group is world-class and forms one of the larger sections of the firm worldwide and in Amsterdam. The team, consisting of approximately 35 lawyers, specializes in, among other things, mergers, (public) acquisitions, IPOs, restructurings, joint ventures, and other forms of cooperation. As a student intern, you will develop a broad perspective on business and corporate law, where various aspects of 'being a lawyer' come together. Freshfields Amsterdam: big and small at the same time

Through a two-month student internship, we give students the chance to gain practical experience and to get to know the firm in a challenging way. During these two months, your personal development and progress are the priority. Through our motto 'Excellent, and not too serious', we create an environment in which you are constantly challenged, but where there is certainly also room for a healthy 'sense of humor'.
