Are you an ambitious law student with strong legal analytical skills and an interest in corporate law and notary law? Then a student internship within the Notary practice group of Linklaters Amsterdam is an excellent opportunity to get acquainted with high-level international transaction practice.

During your student internship, you will fully participate within our Notary practice group for two months. You will work on complex national and international transactions and corporate law issues in which the notary plays a central role. In addition, you will get the chance to experience firsthand how notary advisory and documentation form part of broader transactions and how legal and strategic advice is developed in an international and commercially driven context.

Our Notary practice group advises leading national and international clients, including listed companies, private equity parties, financial institutions, and multinationals. You will become acquainted with different phases of the transaction process and gain a good understanding of the role of the notary in a practice group where legal quality, precision, and collaboration are central.

As a student intern, you will actively participate in ongoing files and gain a good understanding of the Notary practice group. Your duties may include:

• performing legal research;
• analyzing laws and regulations, case law, and notary documentation;
• supporting corporate law and notary activities in transactions;
• assisting with deeds, documentation, and advice;
• preparing internal meetings and client work;
• thinking along on legal-strategic issues within ongoing files.
