As a Timmerman exterieur, your focus lies on installing and fitting high-quality (teak) components aboard luxury yachts. You work on exterior parts that are used intensively and are directly visible. Think of ceilings, luxury outdoor furniture, custom paneling, and various finishes. Additionally, you deal with the installation of luxury tender garages.

You ensure that everything fits within the yacht and continuously check whether dimensions and fit are correct. If you see a deviation, you intervene. You adjust, solve it, and ensure that the work continues.

You work on both newbuild and refit projects. This means that one time you are building something completely from scratch and the next time you are adapting existing situations. You switch between the workshop and the yacht and know how to adapt your work accordingly.

You work together with colleagues within the exterior department and are managed by the foreman. You coordinate on execution and progress and take responsibility for your own work. What you make is used daily on board. This makes your work decisive for how the yacht is experienced.
