The International Tax Services (ITS) team in the South-West region is part of the national Tax & Legal department, and is actively looking for a Senior Manager Advisory to help realize our strong growth ambitions.

Our ITS team performs tax advisory and compliance services for international corporate clients from all sectors of the economy. In doing so, no distinction is made between inbound or outbound activities; as long as it concerns international tax advisory trajectories of some scale, we want to deliver our added value to our clients.

As Senior Manager ITS, you will deploy your extensive experience and commercial ability to take the ITS practice in the South-West region to a higher level. Your most important responsibilities as Senior Manager ITS are:

• Client management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their tax advisory needs are met through high-quality service and expertise.
• Technical advice: Developing and presenting technical advice on ITS matters (primarily corporate income tax advice, dividend and other withholding taxes, European tax law, and treaty application) to clients and stakeholders, providing innovative and implementable solutions for complex challenges.
• Team leadership: Guiding and coaching junior team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
• Collaboration: Close collaboration with other areas of our practice, including TP, VAT, Expat Services, and advisory, to offer comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Commerciality: you know how to recruit new clients from your (existing) network, further expand existing clients, and bring our added value to the forefront internally within BDO. You have a proactive attitude to further expand the ITS team and thus realize a lasting impact for BDO in the South-West region.
