A completed HBO (higher professional education) or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, chemical technology, or technical business administration)

The role

What you'll do

As a trainee, you will start in an international program in which you will be trained to become a Process Engineer. You will learn how to optimize production processes AND how to help teams perform better.

You will follow an intensive development program with a focus on manufacturing excellence and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). In the first weeks, you will get to know the factory by working in shift work. After that, you will work in day shifts and take on increasing responsibility in improvement projects.

An important part of the traineeship is an international period of an average of three months. During this foreign experience, you will work together with international teams, gain new insights, and broaden your perspective within our organization.

Understanding production: Learning by working on various production lines and processes
Developing operational excellence: Following TPM and manufacturing training
Strengthening teams: Coaching and supporting operators on the shop floor
Improving: Initiating and executing process improvements
Collaborating: Working with engineers, specialists, and international colleagues
Taking responsibility: Independently taking on projects and achieving results
