Customer Success Manager

• You have a completed HBO/WO degree with a background in Business Administration, (Commercial) Economics, Marketing Management, or Small Business with a proven track record in account management or business development
• Knowledge of and experience with Business Value Engineering, the market and its competitors, MS Office 365, and the sale of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and/or Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions is a plus
• At least 3 years of work experience
• Decisive and excellent communication skills; effective and efficient sending and receiving, both in writing and orally, where mastery of the Dutch and English languages is a must. German and/or other languages are a plus

Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager, you translate technological developments into customer benefits and position our organization as a business partner in the market. You act as a valuable sparring partner for clients in various market segments, and you form a successful link between Marketing and Sales. With a focus on customers and the market, you simultaneously maintain internal alignment within our organization. You are responsible for the successful introduction and sale of innovative solutions and services, striving for long-term partnerships, with the goal of collecting information procedurally to establish multiple achievable business cases. Your tasks will include the following:

• Developing policies and actions towards customers together with colleagues with the aim of increasing business
• Launching, registering, and monitoring actions in the CRM system
• Manage the necessary pre-sales activities and give presentations and demonstrations to (potential) customers, both independently and as part of a team. 
• Provide substantive support to sales/account management during sales in new markets. 
• Thoroughly research and develop knowledge of the organization's services and the competencies of its people, and keep this knowledge up to date
