What we're looking for
- A completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in a technical, business administration, or logistics direction.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience within Field Service Management (FSM), Project Service Operations (PSO), or a similar service organization.
- Experience as, for example, a planner, work preparer, service coordinator, project coordinator, or a similar position.
- Experience within complex technical organizations, such as the energy, infra, installation, or industrial sector, is a strong plus.
- Affinity with ERP systems and the digitalization of service and project processes.
- Experience with a planning system is a plus.
- Consultancy skills or the ambition to develop these further.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
Nice to have
- Experience with IFS is a bonus, but not a requirement; we are happy to teach you the system.

To expand our team, we are looking for an ERP FSM/PSO Consultant who will help strengthen our mission and grow with us.

What you'll do
As an ERP FSM/PSO Consultant, you help organizations optimize their service, project, and planning processes. Thanks to your practical experience, you understand how complex service organizations work and know how to translate this into smart ERP solutions.
Your duties include:
What will you do?
- Analyzing service, project, and planning processes at clients.
- Advising on the setup and optimization of Field Service Management and Project Service Operations processes.
- Translating practical issues into suitable ERP solutions.
- Supporting the setup, configuration, and implementation of ERP software, such as IFS or similar solutions.
- Guiding users during implementations, workshops, and change processes.
- Collaborating with colleagues and clients to realize successful projects.
Who are you?
You have experience within a service or project organization and know how important good planning, work preparation, and collaboration are in practice. You are ready to apply your operational knowledge within a consultancy role.
