Volkswagen Service Advisor

Are you strong in customer contact and do you maintain an easy overview in a busy workshop environment? As a Volkswagen Service Advisor at Pouw Apeldoorn, you are the link between our customers and the workshop. You ensure that appointments are clear, customers are well informed, and every workshop day runs smoothly.

You will join a professional aftersales team where a lot is happening. Together with your colleagues, you help customers quickly, clearly, and personally. This is how you ensure that customers leave their car with us in confidence and depart satisfied.

You start your day by preparing the schedule. After that, you switch between customers, phone calls, and colleagues. You maintain the overview and ensure that everyone knows where they stand. You:

• receive customers and discuss their wishes;
• create clear work orders for the workshop;
• schedule maintenance, repairs, and delivery times;
• keep customers informed of the progress;
• prepare invoices and explain the work performed;
• coordinate with mechanics, warehouse, sales, and fellow service advisors;
• ensure peace for the customer and overview in the workshop.
  
  You primarily work for Volkswagen, but you will also deal with SEAT, Škoda, and CUPRA. This provides variety in customers, models, and tasks.

You enjoy helping customers and find it important that agreements are correct. You communicate clearly, switch easily, and remain calm when it is busy. You do not need to have a technical answer for everything immediately. However, you do have a feel for cars, ask the right questions, and can explain maintenance and repairs understandably to customers.
