As a Payroll Administrator at Emil Frey Nederland, you are the silent force behind one of the most essential processes in our organization. A role where your accuracy, professional knowledge, and commitment have a direct impact every month on everyone who works with us.

From our head office in Veenendaal, you will work together with four fellow payroll administrators on the full payroll processing for approximately 2,900 employees. You will be given responsibility for one or more BVs within the organization and will independently process the monthly changes.

Concretely, this means:

• Checking and applying payroll taxes;
• Providing payroll figures and management information to the board and controllers;
• Identifying deviations and peculiarities, proactively and with a solution-oriented approach;
• Advising on and processing requests regarding secondary employment benefits;
• Continuously optimizing processes in AFAS Profit HRM/Payroll;
• Working with current laws and regulations;
• Drafting clear work instructions to ensure the quality of processes.

You are part of a professional and close-knit HR team that highly values collaboration.

You work accurately, are integer, and know how to handle confidential information. Colleagues know how to find you with their questions, and you are happy to help them further with clear, understandable explanations. You work independently, but also easily seek collaboration with colleagues and the various BVs within our group.
