Spare Parts Service Employee

Are you technically minded, customer-oriented, and strong at maintaining an overview? As a Spare Parts Service Employee at Pouw Apeldoorn, you help customers find the right original parts. From car garages and repair shops to fleet managers and private customers: you think along, provide advice, and ensure that orders are processed correctly.

As a Spare Parts Service Employee, you work from our inside sales department. You are the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and the importer regarding original parts. You:

• process telephone and online orders.
• find out which parts are needed.
• provide customers with technical advice regarding parts and accessories.
• maintain contact with suppliers regarding availability and delivery times.
• ensure that parts reach the customer on time.
• resolve questions, discrepancies, or complaints professionally.
• switch between different systems and applications.
• work together with colleagues from the warehouse, the workshop, and sales.

You work with original parts from Volkswagen, Audi, CUPRA, Škoda, SEAT, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. That makes your work varied and important: thanks to your knowledge and service, customers can quickly get back on the road.

You enjoy helping customers and love a varied job. You switch easily between advice, administration, systems, and contact with customers or suppliers. In addition, you work in a structured manner and do not easily get overwhelmed by busyness.

You are technically, commercially, and administratively strong. You think in solutions, communicate clearly, and know how important good service is. Working independently suits you well, but you also easily seek collaboration with colleagues.

You will join a friendly team of 7 colleagues. Together, you ensure that customers are helped quickly, clearly, and professionally. The atmosphere is accessible, but the work requires accuracy, knowledge, and a solution-oriented attitude.
