Warranty Specialist in Zwolle

Is no detail too small for you and do you enjoy working in a structured manner? Then this is your place. As a Warranty Specialist at Pouw Zwolle, you ensure that warranty claims are handled smoothly, completely, and error-free. An important role in which your precision truly makes the difference.

As a Warranty Specialist, you are responsible for the careful handling of warranty claims and recalls, for both new and used cars. Does a car come in with a complaint that falls under warranty? Then you check whether the request is complete and correct. You monitor the process, ensure all documents are correct, and submit claims to the importer in a timely manner or process them through our internal departments.

Invoicing is also part of this. You ensure that warranty and recall activities are processed correctly and handled well financially. In this role, you have a lot of contact. With mechanics and foremen regarding technical substantiation. With service advisors regarding work orders. With the importer regarding warranty conditions and approvals. And with internal departments to get everything administratively and financially correct.

You get satisfaction from well-running administration. You work accurately, have strong communication skills, and can collaborate well. You like to think one step ahead and enjoy it when processes run smoothly.
