Kemp Installatie, part of Nexton/Dura Vermeer, offers smart, sustainable, and efficient climate technical and mechanical engineering solutions, including commissioning and maintenance. With our team of technical specialists at the Amstelveen office, we contribute to projects within the hotel industry and exclusive real estate locations in the Randstad. Currently, we are active in projects such as the Ypsilon Park project in The Hague and the construction of Hotel Eurostar in Rotterdam.

Together with the project team of Nexton | Kemp, you will start by setting up a joint schedule. Based on this schedule, you will prepare everything for the benefit of the colleagues on the projects. You will also handle the procurement of materials based on pre-established criteria. You have knowledge of mechanical building installations and various suppliers in the market to make a sound choice between materials and systems in relation to quality and price.

You work independently under the direction of the Project Manager, whereby you receive the mandate to make important decisions in both financial and project-related areas. You therefore have an eye for detail.

Based on the project planning, you will calculate additional and reduced works during the project, in close cooperation with the team on location.

For the position of Mechanical Engineering Work Preparer, we are looking for a colleague who gets enthusiastic about installation technology projects and communicates easily with the team. After all, we find it important that you are in contact with one another. In that regard, communication is the key.

Furthermore, you bring

• You have a completed education within mechanical engineering;

• You are eager to learn. What you don't know, we are happy to teach you;

• You have a number of years of experience as a Work Preparer;

• You are customer-oriented and a true team player.

In this position, you will get all the space to develop yourself. Within the organization, there is plenty of room to follow (management) training and/or education. In collaboration with your manager, you will create your own development plan.
