To expand our enthusiastic and driven team, we are looking for a Mechanical Works Preparer with a technical background. In this role, you are responsible for the preparation, planning, and supervision of projects within installation technology. Our focus lies on clients with buildings in the commercial utility sector.

As a Mechanical Works Preparer, you are the link between project management and execution. You ensure that all necessary materials, drawings, and schedules are in order, so that projects run efficiently and without surprises. Additionally, you support execution with technical knowledge and actively contribute to solutions.

You work at an operational and tactical level and regularly communicate with project managers, technicians, suppliers, and clients.

• Managing the planning and preparation of projects

• Allocating and ordering materials, equipment, and rentals

• Preparing and checking working drawings (including Stabicad)

• Supporting execution with technical input and solutions

• Monitoring and processing extra and reduced work

• Coordinating with project management, suppliers, and clients

• Maintaining project administration and progress

• Checking purchase invoices and supporting project completion
