The role
Dura Vermeer Infra Landelijke Projecten works throughout the Netherlands on multiple leading projects within mobility, water, energy, and replacement and renovation. For these multidisciplinary projects, we are looking for project leaders. Based on your experience, expertise, and place of residence, we will together choose a suitable project. Do you want to provide direction to the execution and contribute to smarter, more sustainable, and more innovative construction?
What you'll do
As a project leader, you lead an integral (sub)project in execution within the set constraints regarding the deployment of people, time, money, quality, and safety. Additionally, you consult with the client at a tactical level to ensure that the projects meet the expectations and needs of all parties involved. You guide the employees of the project team, coordinate their activities, and contribute to efficient collaboration. Furthermore, you ensure the creation of work preparation plans, such as health & safety plans, work plans, and action plans, and you draw up work budgets and schedules.
You monitor the realization and participate in construction meetings. Additionally, you are responsible for the financial settlement of projects with the client and maintain contacts with internal and external stakeholders. You are also active in acquiring new assignments. Our projects are located in the mobility, replacement & renovation, water, and energy markets, with a scope ranging from 20 to more than 100 million euros.
More at Dura Vermeer
Dura Vermeer is an independent family business. And you can notice that. In how we work together, look out for one another, and build with an eye for future generations. Since 1855, we have been building the Netherlands, in residential construction, utility construction, infrastructure, and technology. Our independence and long-term vision form the basis for this.
With a turnover of € 2.6 billion and over 3,700 colleagues, we are among the top of the Dutch construction sector. But ultimately, it is not about those figures for us. It is about people. About colleagues working together on projects you can be proud of—iconic and close to home—and contributing to solutions for societal issues.
Our ambitions are great. And we only achieve them with committed people. That is why we invest in good employer ship and a work environment in which you feel at home. Where you can be yourself, feel safe, and speak up. So that you get the best out of yourself and make more together with us.
This is where you belong

Our portfolio includes leading projects within mobility, water, energy, and replacement & renovation, such as the dike reinforcements Neder-Betuwe and Arcen, the renovation and expansion of the Haarlem Waarderpolder wastewater treatment plant, the 2GW Landstation within TenneT's energy program, and infrastructural works such as A10 Knooppunt Nieuwe Meer and ViA15 - the extension and widening of the A15 in Gelderland.
