Demonstrable experience with complex technical projects

The role

Lead complex sustainability projects and help build the future of smart lighting. As a Senior LED Lighting Project Leader at Lumeco, you will combine technical expertise, leadership, and commercial insight to take projects, customers, and colleagues to a higher level.

What you'll do

Ultimately responsible for complex and large-scale LED lighting projects
Leading multiple projects simultaneously
Coaching and guiding project leaders, work planners, and project teams
Advising customers on innovative and sustainable lighting solutions
Assessing complex technical issues and calculations
Identifying and exploiting commercial opportunities
Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
Monitoring quality, safety, planning, budget, and project results
Initiating and implementing process improvements
Acting as the technical and organizational point of contact within the organization
