Are you a technician who enjoys working independently on the road, solving malfunctions, and loves practical technology? Then you are a good fit for RIS in Aalten.
We build, rent, and maintain technical installations for water purification, water treatment, and temporary pump systems. Our installations are located on projects throughout the Netherlands and the Benelux. Think of construction sites, infrastructure projects, industrial locations, and environmental technology projects.
As a Service & Maintenance Technician, you ensure that these installations continue to work safely and reliably. You work independently, receive a lot of freedom, and visit places where no two days are the same.
You work on pumps, piping, control cabinets, and groundwater installations. Sometimes you perform maintenance in our workshop in Aalten, sometimes you are on your way to a project location.
You troubleshoot malfunctions, carry out repairs, test installations, and think along about how things can be improved. On-site, you are the technical point of contact for customers and colleagues.
What you will primarily be doing:
Maintenance and repairs to pump and groundwater installations;
Troubleshooting and solving malfunctions, both mechanical and electrical;
Testing, checking, and commissioning installations;
Overhauling pumps and technical components;
Recording activities in service and maintenance reports;
Advising customers and colleagues on-site.
You will receive your own service van with professional tools, so that you can do your work well and safely.
